As a program participant, you will receive unlimited access to classes, peer-to-peer support and coaching from our expert staff. You will also be invited to nutritional and educational sessions throughout the course of the 10 weeks to reinforce positive behaviors and ensure long-term success.
At Strength for Life, we realize no two people are the same, and encourage people from all fitness levels to join. Bring a friend, family member, coworker or anyone who is interested in making a positive change in their life.
In the beginning of the program, you will be asked to define your goals, whether they be related to weight loss, gaining muscle or simply getting healthier. We will work with you to reach your maximum potential and achieve your goals. After undergoing a confidential pre-body composition test that will factor in weight, body fat and measurements, you will kick off the program by taking an official “before” picture.
The goal behind this challenge is to empower you to be the best version of yourself. Unlike other challenges or “contests” you have participated in, you will not be competing with other challengers during these 10 weeks. The program is designed to keep you accountable and continue to challenge your abilities!
Throughout the challenge, you will receive “points” for performing key habits that will help keep you on track, including: -Keeping a food journal -Attending classes -Motivating or receiving support from peers -Getting social (checking in, posting or sharing your successes on social media platforms) -Participating in nutritional and educational sessions -Measurable results
