Accomplishment-wise, I'm proud of my progress...I've dropped a few sizes, lost 25lbs, shaved a minute off my mile, signed up for my first Spartan Race, squatted 185lbs for 4 reps twice, am improving my upper body strength, and can squat my stepson on my back haha...I feel like the list goes on and on.
I love that when I come to Strength for Life, it's like a small little family. You guys are genuinely invested in our progress and helping us to reach our goals. Ed has helped me a lot with the nutrition aspect of things.
It's always something different and challenging so I don't get bored...it's like my little escape from life! I am, by far, in the best shape that I've ever been, even before having my daughter. I'm not yet at my goal, but I'm well on my way and confident that I'll get there!
