Mike is a NASM-certified personal trainer and an ACE-Certified Health Coach. He is currently in the process of earning his BA in psychology from West Chester University. Mike's passion for health and fitness is rooted in his ability to overcome his own health challenges. In line with the Strength for Life philosophy, he used an approach that incorporates elements of physical, mental, emotional health to take back control of his life from chronic illness. Considering himself an example of what is possible with the right mindset, he seeks to help others overcome their own life challenges and become the best person they can be.
