1 large peeled and pitted avocado
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 diced tomato
Dash or two of cayenne pepper
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Mash avocado with fork until smooth
Add yogurt, tomato and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth with food processor, blender or fork.
Add salt and pepper
Serve chilled with baked chips or mixed raw vegetables.
