Our Program Philosophy
Strength for Life is about developing strength in all areas of life and applying them to become the best possible version of ourselves.
We believe that to really conquer and take control of our physical selves, you have to dig deeper into the behaviors, environmental stresses and deeper issues inside each person to be able to truly regain our self esteem, self worth and gratitude.
This program is designed to empower women and build a belief in themselves, by giving them the strength to recognize and change behaviors, accept who they are, feel that they deserve to be happy and whole and be grateful for it.
This six week program is a step by step process where we will explore your barriers to change such as fears and anxieties, identify and recognize negative experiences; we’ll work on self esteem and values, shed light on your positive traits and gratitude, all by using the power that women have within them.
What you can expect from this program;
Six weeks of training of your physical, mental and emotional selves. Each week will consist of two scheduled training sessions with a certified personal trainer in a 5 to 1 ratio small group class, and one time a week scheduled group support session with two professionals to coach and guide you through personal roadblocks that keep you from achieving your goals .
We’ll start with a group assessment, reviewing gait, posture, how you move functionally, and much, much, more. From there we’ll have a better idea of your individual abilities even in a small group setting. The training sessions will provide efficient programming, working on your overall strength, from legs, core to chest, back, arms and shoulders, creating a higher metabolic state where you will burn fat at a consistent rate. We will also work on your conditioning and muscular endurance, through functional movements, making your heart rate more efficient and increasing blood flow.
The scheduled group support sessions will give you the ability to explore your inner self to get a better understanding of why you may stop and start training programs and diets, quit, give up, don’t make the time, make excuses, aren’t able to reach your goals, have negative self talk and much more. These are deeper negative issues that contribute to your physical well being.
With this program, you will never have to start over, you’ll have the ability to achieve your goals and have a better understanding of why you are where you are now. It will also give you the hope of knowing you’re on the right path to where you want to be.
