The saying goes that you need to take care of yourself before taking care of others....We know you've probably heard the comparison that when flying on an airplane, the flight attendant instructs you to put your oxygen mask on before helping anyone else. Why is that? Because if you don't have your oxygen, then how can you be expected to help to help those around you?
The same is true in your own personal life. You may not feel like you have the hours in a day, or even in a week to dedicate to yourself, but if you can spend 90 minutes in the Strength for Mind & Body Workshop, you will come out feeling recharged and refreshed.

With the right tools, you can be a role model for your kids or an inspiration to those around you by finally committing to and achieving your goals. In this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn the tools for overcoming obstacles, changing your habits and transforming your life.
