Grilling season has begun! Here is another tasty recipe that is easy to prepare and easy to cook. I did substitute an egg for the coconut flour and used cilantro paste instead of the chopped cilantro. The lime and cilantro add a Mexican food flavor. Makes 4-5 burgers. Total prep and cooking time around 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 small avocado
1/2 cup Spinach
Juice of 1 lime
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 lb. of ground chicken
2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut flour
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl except for the avocado. Slice the avocado into small chunks and fold into chicken mixture. Cook on grill until temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Make sure to spray the grill with PAM before cooking. Chicken tends to stick to the grill.
Throw on a roll with some good cheddar cheese and a little mayo and enjoy!
