1 Head of Cauliflower
½ Bottle of Thai Peanut Sauce
Spread Olive Oil and Peanut Sauce on top of cauliflower. Shake on Sea Salt to taste. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cauliflower in flat pan lined with parchment paper. Heat for 25-30 minutes.
